Tails of the World Mini Sessions

There will be a max of 10 dogs chosen for the fundraiser.

Tails of the World: The Book is a collaborative project from pet photographers all around the globe. We've united to help raise funds for pet rescues and spread joy with beautiful photography and heartwarming stories. 100% of proceeds from the sales of the book will be donated to animal rescues.

How It Works

100% of the Tails of the World mini session fee will be donated to a local dog rescue organization (Boxer Lovers Rescue) for all the work they do to help Boxers in need find fur-ever homes.

If chosen, a $100 session fee is due immediately to secure your dogs photoshoot for the book. Due to the high volume of applicants, if you are not able to pay the session fee in full within 24 hours of being selected, your dog's entry will be forfeited and the next dog in the cue will be awarded the spot.

Fill out the application below if you are interested in having your dog be published in Tails of the World: The Book to represent the dogs of the Treasure Valley. Ten dogs will be chosen to participate.

Session Dates / Times

The Tails of the World mini sessions will be held at a TBD location in the Treasure Valley area. Half of the selected dogs will be photographed over a designated weekend in July 2024, the remaining half will be photographed over a designated weekend in August 2024.

Sessions will be held either early in the morning (within the first hour and a half after sunrise) or in the evening (within the last 2 hours before sunset) to ensure beautiful, soft light for the portraits.

If the Tails of the World mini session dates do not work for you, you will have the option to upgrade to an extended session to select an alternate date.

Viewing Session

Two to three weeks after the photoshoot, you will be able to view the gorgeous images taken of your best friend. At that time you will have the option to purchase prints, wall art, albums, keepsakes and digital files of your dog.

Book Purchase

The Tails of the World book will be available to purchase in December 2024. You will have an opportunity to pre-order the book prior to that time (details forthcoming).
